DTF transfer known as direct to film transfer,is a heat transfer technology that prints patterns directly onto a dtf pet film,and then heat transfer the patterns to various material of clothing or fabrics by heat pressing. How do I use DTF film rolls?
The steps fro using dtf transfer film are as follows,
1.Prepare the design.Design the pattern on a computer and use graphic software to concert it into the correct image format
2. Print the pattern.Use a dtf printer to print the design directly onto the dtf transfer film.
3.Apply a layer of hot melt powder onto the wet ink and dry it.This step ensures the pattern can adhere to the fabric surface.
4.Cure the film through the heat press or dryer to cure it.
5.Position for transfer,place the cured dtf film on the clothing,ensuring the pattern face down,the adhesive side is combine with the t-shirt.
6.Heat press transfer,Using a heat press at 150℃-160℃(300-320°F) for 8 -15 seconds.
7.Peel off the film from one corner,leaving the pattern on the t-shirt or fabrics.
