1.How to ensure stable quality?

We have our own strictly Quality control System, such as Advanced Product Quality Planning, Measurement System Analysis and Production part Approval Process.

2.Do you have any harmful substances in your products? Have you done any professional certification?

All our products are tested to meet the OEKO-TEX100 standard.

3.Can you provide customized production?

We have our own R & D and production team, can do the customized order according to customer needs, different sizes and specifications.

4.What kind of after-sales service can you provide?

We have a warranty period of nearly one year. During the warranty period, if it’s leading by the quality problem which is not caused by improper operation or some other factors, we will give replacement and compensation.

5.Can you use sublimation ink on DTF film?

No, sublimation inks are not suitable for use on DTF film. DTF film requires DTF inks, which are a pigment ink via the DTF process. Sublimation inks undergo a chemical process when heated, changing from a solid to a gas, allowing it to bond to the polyester material. DTF inks do not have this property and use a different transfer method including dtf powders and heat pressing onto various fabrics.

6.Can I use DTF ink in an Epson printer?

Yes,Not only used in Epson dtf printers, also are suitable for all dtf printers installed with Epson printers heads, such as I3200,XP600 can be converted for DTF printing. However, you must ensure that the printer is set up correctly for DTF use, including using DTF ink,DTF film and configuring the software settings to accommodate the unique requirements of DTF printing.

7.How long does DTF ink last?

DTF ink typically has a shelf life of 12 months, depending on storage conditions. To maximize its lifespan, you can store DTF ink indoor with suitable temperature, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
